Brookhaven Beds

Music Bed, Roman Style. This page is dedicated to the various musical beds that play underneath the talksets in Brookhaven Chronicles episodes.  I made many, but not all, of them myself.  

Beds are very important in what I do.  My talksets suck, so I've often had to rely upon the strength of the bed in the background to keep the listener from completely losing interest.  In the example of the Satan Promo (listed in the Promos section), the bed beneath it transformed an unspectacular piece into a work of excellence, just by the timing and timbre of the music.

Keep in mind that I use quite an old program to make all these (Cool Edit Pro), and I don't have pro-tools or anything, so I have to make beds the hard way.  I can't just rip the vocals out of any given piece of music like pros can do, so I have to tediously cut and paste instead.  I've put a lot of work into these beds, and I hope you enjoy listening to them.
